Needs improvement Jay was very good ,even drew a diagram of tire rotation for tech. However when I picked up the vehicle it sounded louder than normal. On opening the hood I found the air filter housing not clipped.back together. Also while watching the tire rotation I saw the wheels put on with air tools without torque sticks or rechecked with torque wrench.

Awesome The sales people really worked something out. I came just to test drive, and ended up going home with the car. they kept it overnight and detailed perfectly, added new tires and brakes, and walked me through how to set up my phone and hands free options. Everyone was super welcoming, funny, and not your average pushy salesman. And there was a puppy! ??

Service of Mazda cx9 The service was smooth and since it was taking a little longer than expected they right away gave me a loner car. They updated with the status about the service on regular basis and were friendly.
