After someone stole my bag and its contents on April 15, the thief went to Spotlight casino where they used my drivers license as their own. The staffs negligence allowed someone to commit identity fraud. After speaking to management and security they shrugged their shoulders told me to have the cops come and they'll tell them the same thing. Customer service is horrible! Went to Taproom last night it was pretty dead we got greeted fast the young lady sat us down but then whoever our server was took forever to even greet us or take us water. They took sooo long one of us decided to stay at taproom and the others went to the main bar to get drinks. Why should we have to go to the main bar to get drinks when taproom has a bar? They would not allow us in with our certified service dog 🐕🦺 when nit was over 100 degrees they said leave her in the car. She is ADA certified for PTSD for my husband. We will never 👎 stop 🛑 there again shame on them.
