They promised me nine services. They came out and did two services. They basically killed my lawn and everything in between I had to go buy grass seed and I had to wait for the grass to grow back. They told me to only water my lawn for 10 minutes each week, which killed that kill the entire thing I asked for a full refund of 506 after they’ve applied two of the nine applications and then forgot about doing my third application. After reading the other reviews I’m glad it wasn’t just me. I told them to not even bother with the last treatment or aeration(not done from spring) Unlocking Gates and keeping the dog inside all day to have them not show up got old. Them not showing up got old, even though I watched them pull up one day sit for a minute and drive off. They made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Told them keep the money(I had prepaid for a year with aeration)
Don't answer the phone, can't kill weeds and try and bill you for services they didn't do.
