Friendly visit , spent a lot of time with us and was comprehensive in showing the facility and answering questions. We will move into the A unit you showed to us and are ready to sign a rental agreement and pay all up front fees now if we can agree upon a later time of occupancy. Thank you again for the tour. We were greeted with smiles the moment we walked in!!! We enjoyed appetizers and a beverage until the tour of model apartments. We had a tour of lovely apartments and gracious residents. The SpringRidge choir sang beautiful Christmas songs that everyone enjoyed. We had a wonderful day with residents and staff!!!!

Excellent tour with Monique who gave us great information and answered our questions. It was nice to be able to see actual residents’ apartments and some of the options available at Spring Ridge. The refreshments were delicious and we met some very nice people. It’s uplifting to walk into a place where both the residents and the staff are smiling and to learn many of your key staff have worked at SR nearly and over 20 years !

Lesa at Springridge gave us a wonderful tour of the facility and we were impressed with the building, the meals and the friendly staff we met. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated and updated. and the grounds lovely. I would not hesitate to recommend Lesa as a knowledgeable contact person if you are interested in Springridge at Charbonneau for a family member.

Kudos to all of the staff at SpringRidge - Charbonneau. From the tour to move in, the staff was more than accommodating. To have a loved one settle in from day one and start this new chapter of their life making new friends is priceless. The process was made as seamless as possible by Monique, Lesa, Courtney, Amber and so many others. This was the perfect choice for independent living in a retirement community of wonderful staff and residents.
