Working with Brian Sims has been a great pleasure! He's very professional, attentive, and responsive. I started out having my roof replaced, then gutters, and before I knew it, I was having more remodeling done. The crew showed up on time and did an excellent job. Most of all, the crew left the work area spotless. I will definitely be using them for more projects in the future.
Shane Britain was easy to work with , and went above and beyond for us! Even bought my husband beer when the roof was finished! lol we are very pleased with this company and our roof! Thank you !!

We purchased a house in the Kings Highway Conservation District in Oak Cliff in August 2015. Roy with Springtree Restoration was recommended by a colleague and was enthusiastic about working in Oak Cliff (unlike other contractors who don't do work "this far south"). With Shane as your project manager you can do no wrong. Very much the professional and everything was completed down to the smallest detail to perfection. From dealing with the insurance company to the last scrap being picked up the process was seamless.
