I love this place they take time to listen to what you actually are needing and they make sure to get it right!
I have two children that are currently receiving treatment from Dr. Sprowls. He and his staff have brought both of their smiles a LONG way!! We are scheduled to have both kids braces-free by the end of September, and we can't wait. Dr. Sprowls and his staff have always (3+ year relationship) been kind, caring, and informative. Dr Sprowls and his staff are amazing. I currently have 2 boys with braces, and Dr Sprowls and his staff have taken excellent care of them. They actually enjoy going. I would recommend this group to anyone, both children and adults.
The Staff, they're amazing. They instantly make you feel like family and begin to gain your trust from the second you walk in the door. The service, exceptional! I once had a problem with my expander and I was met at the office late in the evening, after hours, for them to fix it for me so that I would be comfortable. With being located in Middletown, Springboro, and Centerville they are always close by whenever they are needed! I started going to Sprowls Orthodontics with my oldest daughter and now my step son and youngest daughter go there as well I couldn't be more happy with the staff they are so helpful through the whole process and they are great with the kids I recommend them to anyone I can they are the best

Everyone is so friendly ! They actually smile and talk to you. My son used to hate going to any kind of doctors but he begs to go to Sprowls just to get his teeth worked on ! :) Seriously they are very good at what they do. You are usually in and out in no time at all. Keep up the great work !
Dr, Sprowls and his staff are amazing! During the initial consultation, everything was explained to us and they have always been warm, patient, friendly and knowledgeable! My oldeat son went to a different orthodontic office years ago when he had braces and hands down Sprowls Orthodontics is the best!
