We love Sprowls Orthodontics! Dr. Sprowls and his staff are very professional and kind. They take the time to explain what is going on and what to expect and make my daughter feel comfortable. I was a Sprowls kid and am happy my daughter is going there now.

When I went to Sprowls, I always had an excellent experience. The employees are very friendly and seem more like friends than dentists. They were always kind and never were negative with many of the surprise trips with broken brackets. I would recommend them over any other orthodontist!
I had never been seen at this orthodontist, but I had wire retainers from when I was younger. One of my wires snapped and broke while I was out of town. Sprowl's was able to get me in the next day when I came back in to town and helped repair the damage. Staff was wonderful and courteous!! Thank you for all that you do!!!
My daughter's teeth are absolutely perfect. Dr. Sprowls and his staff in Centerville did an AMAZING JOB! Every single staff member was outstanding on every visit. Sprowls Orthodontics deserves 6 Stars!
I cannot say enough about our experience with Sprowls Orthodontics. There is not a staff member in the office that doesn't greet us with a smile and kind words. From my 1st phone call to the office with Annette, meeting with Lorna at my daughters 1st appointments, working with the technicians for fittings and making followup appointments with Ruby.
