I loved my old doc at AGA and didn’t want to like my new doc, Dr. Ayinala, but he’s proven to be irresistible. He’s a hard line professional with surprising insight and believable compassion. I’ve come to like and respect him very much.
Dr Ayinala saved my life back in July 4 of 2019. My esophagus closed and I couldn't eat or drink or swallow my own saliva for at least 3 days. I had my own GI doctor at the time yet he never educated me on foods I needed to avoid to prevent the condition from returning. Attentive and knowledgeable about my condition. I feel confident in his care.
He attended to me well even though the waiting time was over an hour. He was very attentive and proffered solutions for routine follow ups. I found him to be quite nice and experienced doctor.
Dr. Ayinala was very informative and knowledgeable about my pancreatic condition. He was able to develop a plan that I was comfortable with and agreed with (I went to him seeking a second opinion). Friendly, attentive and courteous. Visit was worth the any inconvenience of the wait time.
Awesome service
His office is outstanding. His office got me in the same day to explain my test results that were very concerning to me and my wife, explained everything in detail and we felt much better. Tracy Masters particularly in his office is a truck professional that really cares. I would highly recommend Dr. Ayinala and his office.

Dr. Ayinala is one of the most excellent diagnosticians I have ever come across. When my mother had intestinal bleeding, his skills and diagnostic tools were extremely useful in appropriately diagnosing the disease and treat it appropriately. Today she is alive and doing well because of his fantastic skills. Same with my case of constant epigastric pain for many years. Endoscopy revealed severe esophageal reflux disease. This caused Barrett's esophagus. This was ablated using HALO procedure.
My appointment was a very negative experience. My concerns were dismissed and was told I definitely did not have a specific condition in question but that I did have IBS, even though no testing was done. Not only was the in-person experience poor, but the same condescending tone was used in the visit notes for my appointment. Trust your gut and pursue a different provider if you find yourself in this same situation.
