Dropped car off for tires and it was done in to two hours

Really shocked no one was wearing a mask. And they are going in and out of peoples cars. Sad!!

Business response:

We do require our guys to wear masks when interacting with customers. Anybody in a vehicle wears a mask. They may not have a mask on while working on the vehicle in the shop, if socially distanced. Thank you for your feedback as we need to remind our staff to continue to be vigilant.

My only concern was that a customer in the waiting room had his mask half off and the employees kept their masks on when talking to me, but not always otherwise. I waited outside. I am a nurse.

I would not recommend ANYONE coming here. The lack of professionalism is really lacking here. I called to make an appointment for a Saturday because that’s the only day I would be able to be without a car. They said they don’t take appointments. I live in Georgetown and they told me I needed to be one of the first people there or there is a chance I might be turned away. So my parents offered to drop the car off for me at 7:30am. I have always used the s and s on Richmond road and have always had a please t experience. This time they called me and said that a lug nut was seized and if it broke it would cost $35 to replace. First of all I had that tire off about a week earlier so it prob was not seized and secondly how can you justify $35 for a five minute job? I told him that if it broke to leave it alone and I would replace it myself. I was very disappointed with my experience on this visit.

Took them 6 hours to do an oil change, men at the register were rude and didn’t take me seriously. Glad it was my last free oil change coupon because I definitely won’t be back.
