Started to go downhill before COVID.
RecommendedThis place is garbage. Low staff, they don't care for the patients. They never give them water that's why there's soo many kidney failure here. They bring the food up cold you have to take it to a microwave to warm it up. They show no compassion for no one. At times only 1 aid for all 42 patients as well as 1 nurse. The cleaning department it's the worse. They don't clean or sanitize anything. You tell them to clean it and they respond no time like really every room u in you mop wipe down n disinfect it. This facility has changed ownership and services have taken a nose dive! Residents now suffer neglect, possible physical abuse and theft of personal items. It no longer feels safe for our family member. Seeking legal redress and a new place. Very sad at this turn of events.
residents don't always get treated like people
The quality of the nursing care is perhaps the worst I have even seem in any institution anywhere. The meals are horrible, about half not eatable. Perhaps the worst part is communication. They have care meetings with about 8 staff members and the family. During the meeting I made several medical and procedural requests with dates I wanted them to report back. While there was complete agreement that would happen, nothing changed. No feedback was given and when confronted there is a denial any agreement was ever made. T... read more
