Great communication throughout. Extremely easy process. Would recommend to anyone
99.5% of the process went great. Because our phone numbers weren’t up to date (we no longer use a land line) we didn’t find out about our closing till 12 hours before. The lawyers didn’t bother calling either cell number, which could have been catastrophic. I don’t think it’s necessarily ABMG fault, but it’s worth mentioning.
Everyone at Atlantic Bay has been extremely helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner, and has helped me every step of the way through the home buying process.
