You guys were great and a pleasure to work with
I personally did not care for the notary/attorney who visited my home to collect my signature. He was late by 11 mins. He did not wear a mask or gloves. He also walked into my home as soon as I opened the door while making his introduction and before I was even able to invite him in. He also was also dismissive to any questions I had. Even if he had other appointments his urgency and demeanor were not to my taste. I feel that as much as I love everyone I've worked with on your team he soured the experience greatly.
The service provided by Stacey and her team was outstanding. They are all professionals and took the time to make sure every question we had was answered immediately. They all had a kind disposition about themselves and it was a pleasure to talk with them and do business with them.
I am extremely pleased with Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group and the manner in which they handled my mortgage loan requests. Everything exceeded my expectations.
