Wow!! Great products and really good insurance plan! I couldn't believe it when my toy stopped working after the first charge, but I called the store and was reminded that they had covered my toy for me for free (with a discount) just incase- such amazing service! I NEVER would have bought that insurance on my own- but from now on.... no questions asked! Phenomenal service!!
