This veterinary service tried to give my dog 2 vaccination shots in one year. They did not update her records when I took her in June 21, 2024 for an illness. She was due for rabies vaccine so the technician gave her the rabies before the Vet would see her. I saw the technician give my dog the vaccine. Now, 11/19/24 my dog is sick but the veterinary clinic is saying she's due for her rabies vaccine and refuse to see my dog unless she has another rabies vaccine. Pretty rude receptionist. Unreasonable late policy. Beware- THEY WILL CHARGE YOU IF YOU ARE LATE AT ALL! Even if it’s just 10 mins and you call to let them know. Only go there if you can guarantee your day will not involve traffic, an uncooperative dog loading up in the car, or any unexpected issue that could cause you to be late. Even calling to explain the potential late arrival won’t be met with understanding.
