Verified Renter Jefferson Heights has the best view of downtown and the pool is also beautiful! Not only that, but the Apartment Life team that hosts all the events is AMAZING! They make this community truly feel like a family! I also love our large sinks, beautiful counter tops, and beautiful showers. Jefferson Heights is also located within walking distance to so many places: Buffalo Bayou, countless restaurants and bars. There are also a few grocery stores pretty close by. I love living at Jefferson Heights.

Verified Renter Jefferson Heights has exceeded my expectations so far. With an amazing view of downtown Houston skyline and reasonable rent costs along with move-in perks, it was the clear winner in my new apartment hunt. Their clubhouse amenities such as free coffee (fantastic coffee machine), I cant imagine living anywhere else.

Verified Renter Quality apartments by the heart of Houston with a great view.
Lack of Security I came here to visit a friend and my car was broken into, rummaged through, and someone stole a Pentax K100 film camera from me. I am so upset because I think the place is beautiful, but for this to happen it makes me not want to go back. They offered absolutely no help and they only have one security camera in the parking garage from what the receptionist told me. There are other options in Houston I have lived at Jefferson for a year and let me tell you, it is FAR from "luxury living" and here's why. Security is VERY low. So low that homeless people have gotten in and slept in the community room, run down the halls "looking for people". Random people will follow you into the garage to just get free parking for either the courthouse or to walk to surrounding attractions. The amenities: the pool is VERY tiny and no sun past 1:30 pm.
