We are here at Station 300 in Bluffton. It’s 9:25pm. They are due to close at 10:00 and the manager is refusing to sell us a bowling game.
We used to love going here for a fun family night. We would bowl for an hour or so, eat and play some video games. Our last visit a few weeks ago had us extremely disappointed when after bowling, our food was very subpar. The chicken nachos used to be amazing but lately have tasted like gritty cardboard. Then, we loaded three arcade cards with $20 each to find out that half of the games were out of order. Not to mention that we have over 4000 tickets and there are no decent prizes. Candy and a few prizes in the 2000 ticket r... read more
We bowl there frequently. I watched someone in the kitchen put his finger in the nacho cheese. He then licked his finger off. Then he proceeded to eat a piece of pizza, where he licked his fingers off. Without washing his hands he went and made what looked like to be a basket of wings. I am totally disgusted by the kitchen staff. This man did not follow any kitchen procedures. It was definitely disgusting! I will never order food there again!!
** Edit** my original rating was 2 stars because of a bad customer service experience. However I was contacted by the manager who has since rectified the situation. The hours for the Kids Bowl Free program have been corrected on the site so others participating won’t experience the same problem. Stuff happens, but when someone reaches out to fix the problem that means a lot; so I have changed my rating accordingly. Old review: We usually do the Kids Bowl Free bowling every year. We went with the entire family and they refu... read more
Food was great!! Service for such a big area was really slow. Waitress seemed unsure of what to do at times. Waited almost 20 mins just for a drink. I would recommend better training.
Had my son’s party here today.. what a bad experience! We had no “party host”. No guidance, whatsoever. There was one girl helping us and she was nice. (Lexie) They gave one of our pizzas away to someone else. The credit card machine is down. We can’t pay for the party. Can’t reload our game cards, can’t see how much is our on cards.. and then we’re expected to pay a 15% gratuity on top of the party cost? For what?
Bowling alley is great, service is slow for the league nights. Biggest concern is why the establishment schedules parties and events on league nights. The leagues pay for the lanes for the established nights scheduled. Why would they force the leagues to cancel on a moments notice that they can’t bowl. This is a current problem as Station 300 doesn’t appreciate the leagues which pays a good bit of money to bowl weekly. Perhaps the center should coordinate better and use better communication with the managers.
Not happy with the way leagues are being sh*t on. 3 out of the last 4 weeks have been cancelled due to greed or incompetence. I will be looking elsewhere in the future. Really starting to go down hill fast. Changes need to be made immediately!
