Food/Beverages prices are a bit ridiculous! Depends on who is working counter service is questionable!

You would think with a Softball fundraiser you would have more than 1 person tending bar. Never coming back for another fundraiser. Would never recommend another team have one here.

We are here for a bowling fundraiser and never in my life have I had such bad service. 1/2 hour line for a drink and that is a conservative estimate. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

New management is doing a terrible job. Great your updating the equipment. Bit the customer service and the appearance of the employees is terrible. Won't be bowling league there next year. That's for sure.

Customer service was terrible, very unfriendly staff and they wouldn't allow any of the songs I requested on the jukebox.

We went there at 1:30 on a Saturday and we were told they just gave away the last open lane because they have leagues. There were open lanes besides the ones reserved for league. The staff was very rude and we left.

I was really hoping it would be as great as it was in my childhood, but unfortunately we were disappointed. Staff wasn't helpful, bathrooms without paper towel or soap, and an employee that was flat out in the way in the small restroom of my young daughters trying to wash their hands while the employee yelled at her boyfriend on the phone and fixed her makeup. Won't be returning. I hear Hudsonville has nicer facilities for a lower price anyway.
