Fake reviews! Unprofessional and not trustworthy. Way Overpriced save your time and money go to Santee. Didn't finish building the place?? unbelievable. U cannot tell me this is worth it! I would rather trust my belongings on the street than in here. Management is never here and will hang up on you when trying to cancel. They also leave the gate open on multiple occasions! App will glitch! No locks just an app to open!

This is a great place to use for all your storage needs. The area is kept secure and clean . The Team is very helpful and they also provide U-Haul services that make for a great moving experience!

I love this place. Ada is the current owner and i dont know honestly what i would have done without her help. I have been a tenant here, for eleven years. We lost our mom a while back and i personally came upon some bad financial difficulty. She was patient, and caring and is willing to work with her tenants which is a big help in such a stressful world. Ada is very accomodating and very fair on their prices especially through out the Covid and everything else people are dealing with... I cant say enough.. they are great peo... read more

I received great customer service from Sam Arias. I have been with this storage since July 2015 and so far no complains. I have received great service from everyone at this location. I highly recommend this facility.
Stax storage is the best! Facility is clean and well protected. Their manager Valencia is so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and explains your options completely. The only drawback is no elevators/lifts for the second floor - at this time.
