I have worked with many home improvement companies over the years but none that provided the prompt, polite customer experience I had with Stay Dry roofing. When we called after a recent hail storm of our new home, Mark Barker was here that afternoon for initial consultation. He was very informative and made every step of the process as stress free as possible. I've enjoyed my experience with Stay Dry Roofing to fix my hail damage. My Account Manager Matt Petsche was very personable and willing to answer as many questions as i had. They had great communication with my Insurance company as well. The crews that replaced my roof, gutters, and window screens were all professional and did great work. The materials used were definitely an upgrade from the builders grade originally used. Very good experience overall.
