They make you sign a paper saying they can put a lien on your home if you dont pay. i paid them in full when the job was completed in October. In December they put a lien on my home. Now i have to go to court to get it removed because i cant wait a year for it to fall off. HORRIBLE. Stay away.
They are a no call, no show! Stay away! They are awful!

Stay-Dry replaced my roof in Oct 2016 and when salesman Curtis came by to pick up the check he assured me that the 2 items that I pointed out would be corrected. A plastic skylite was installed instead of glass per the contract and the overhang on my porch was not completely finished. Since that time, each time I call he assured me his people would come and finish. Never happens. Channel 8 are interviewing me today about the shocking job this company did on the person who previously owned my house. The lady had cancer and they charged her 5,000 for a new roof and the whole roof needs to be replaced. There superintendent came to house and even admired it was done terribly. Looking forward to my interview today.
Stay-Dry Roofing of Tampa Bay Inc., installed a roof on my house. I have had several issues and the latest was pooling water that I was concerned would start leaking. Manny came out and said he needed to send a specialist out and after weeks of no response I called and Oolie didn't know what I was talking about and said they had no specialist.
