He was difficult to get in to see, and I took that as a sign of quality if he was busy, he must be good. His online profile was impressive. His reviews were glowing. Disappointing, my nose is constantly runny & breathing is much the same I don't usually write reviews but I felt as though I should let others know what my experience has been. I had a rhinoplasty and septoplasty done almost one year ago with Dr. Steiger. Ruined the function of my nose I found Dr Steiger through a Pinterest before and after pic that I loved. I traveled all the way from Texas to get this surgery done. I don't know what technique Dr Steiger uses, but he ruined the function of my nose. Directly after surgery I noticed large swollen pieces of cartilage internally. Unlike most Florida plastic surgeons who claim to do it all, Steiger is a face guy ONLY. He has honed in on his skills as a master surgeon and is truly beyond outstanding! Not happy at all with the results - very little difference I went to Doctor Steiger for a neck and lower face lift. two other surgeons suggested I needed a buccal fat removal as well which I totally agreed. that was the main reason I wanted a facelift my face has changed. I explained all this to Dr. Steiger and even sowed him some photos of a few years back. WOW, I can not believe all these great reviews???, this was not my experience at all. I would never proceed with any surgery after meeting with him, esp when he was more concerned where I lived then my concerns about the procedures. The most rushed appt I ever had with a doctor. I do not trust reviews after my experience. I really did not like this doctor and did not trust him.
