Disappointed, minimal results after rhinoplasty & lobuloplasty 2 months ago I had rhinoplasty and lobuloplasty. Surgery date Jan 4 2023. Afterward I noticed only minimal improvement in the way my nose looked and almost no improvement after lobuloplasty in the way my ears looked. If he would allow the patients to give more input during the consultation he would maybe have done a better job. I plan to find another surgeon to do further work. Regret - it looks worse and more abnormal than ever It took me a long time to decide to post this but ultimately I want people to know what can go wrong. Dr. stein did my rhinoplasty about 4 years ago and since tried to fix it via revision two times. I posted a photo of its current state and one of my original nose. Very, very rushed and didn't allow for a two-way conversation I went for a consultation with Dr Stein regarding a rhinoplasty. He talked the whole time, without taking a pause for me to ask questions. I had to interrupt him to ask anything. He was rushed and stood up to walk out the door when we were still mid-consult, even though he said I was a good candidate for the surgery. Beware! Did a terrible rhinoplasty job & now need additional surgery Horrible. Terrible doctor only cares about himself and what he wants. Only spent 10 min with me and was ready to have me on opperating table. Wanting money prior. Did a terrible job and I am now needing additional surgery from someone else. Beware!
Consultation review: Pricey Consultation Just to Be Denied Paid $100 for a 10 minute consultation only to be abruptly informed the surgery wasn't ideal for me. Although an honest assessment is always welcome, I feel like this could have been figured out and communicated before collecting a consultation fee.

My confidence was worse than before my surgery. Although Dr. Stein said he "thought" he could correct his mistake, his lack of confidence had me go elsewhere for a revision. African American Rhinoplasty scheduled for 2 September 2020 Finally doing what I've wanted since middle school. I will be going to Dr. Adam Stein in Raleigh, NC. Surgery is scheduled for 2 September 2020, and I am very nervous but excited. My pre-op will be on 19 August. I'm hoping to help some girls out as I know reviews with noses similar to mine helped me.
