robert was nice and professional. he did a great job of going through the process of painting our home. his bid was a little higher than other bids but the the most expensive. I believe they were our second choice if our first had fallen through. came and gave a bid for our exterior home painting.

It was a great experience from the bidding process to the end of the job. Their bid was a little higher than some of the other contractors but since we had previously used Stellar to do some exterior carpentry and paint, we knew that they delivered high quality finished products. So we selected them anyway. We weren't disappointed. The work crew showed up on time all three days, they were courteous, and every day when they left the job - they cleaned up and organized their materials. They did excellent work. Started as promised and completed as promised in the limited time frame we had before moving in. Stellar Painting painted 4 rooms in the town house. They also textured and painted the garage. They did excellent work. Started as promised and completed as promised in the limited time frame we had before moving in.
These gentlemen were great from start to finish. Very polite crew always making sure everything was protected, keeping us informed of when they would be there and who would be on the job. They checked with us along the way to make sure everything looked and was going as expected. They went above and beyond helping with a few additional changes that made things look better. Removed and replace basement ceiling and lighting. Removed and replace stairs to basement.

The carpenter was friendly and professional, and did a great job on both projects! Replaced a door frame that the builder had improperly installed; replaced broken hinges on pantry door.
Very good quality on the painting; superb customer service and willingness to work with me on some special needs for my project. Interior painting; minor drywall repairs; one larger drywall repair + matching texture.
After getting the quote and picking out our granite, we had to schedule a time for the kitchen to be templated. At the same time, we picked out our sink and faucet and delivered those to the granite guys (Rock Solid) so they could template the hole for the sink. Then came the tear-out which was done by Stellar. Then guys from Rock Solid came to install the granite after which guys from Stellar came back to put the sink and faucet in. This Employee had been with us for some time (4 years) and experienced personal issues that were unfortunate and eventually effected his performance at Work. As a Compassionate Company and given the yr.'s he had accrued with the Company, we did the best we could to work with him through these issues. Project took about6 weeks. Because the house had some uneven walls time consuming work was needed to make trim fit right and revamped electrial was a challange. I was impressed with the quality of the carpentery work. The lead carpenter, Rob, was a prefectionist .Our main contact, Jack Wilson, was unually available by phone and stopped by to check on progress freuqently. He offered a host of good ideas. Intro meeting on time and pleasant.Bid came in right on even with some additional work. Problem was miscommunication about completion date even when I moved out of the house to let them remove toilet to complete job. Obviously overbooked and there were 'stories' about why couldn't work on various days. Many times I had to initiate the call to find out what was happening. Bathroom remodel (tile, sink replacement and movement of plumbing, electrical moved)

We can appreciate any Members frustration with Targeted Completion dates. However, there were legitimate circumstances of which caused the delay and the targeted completion date was only missed by one business Day. She wanted us to complete by Friday so she did not have to stay away in a relatives house for another day and we Finished on Monday.
