Had our roof done in Sept/Oct of 2025, problems all over. They put ***** flashing against the black roof on a white/light gray house. Left exposed wood, left siding hanging and ruined some of the siding. Very disappointed, thought we were getting a reputalbe company , instead we got nothing but disappointment. . We scheduled an appointment with Stellar Roofing for what was advertised as a free, no-obligation estimate. Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect a standard estimate process and instead became a prolonged, high-pressure sales interaction.During the visit, the representative focused heavily on securing a same-day contract. Pushy salesmanship. Beautiful leveling of the siding itself but very poor attention to detail. It looked like the crews first day with a caulk gun. Nails and debris left EVERYWHERE. At least ***** nails. Ran over 4 of my young trees, lattice, and an Adirondack chair. Gaps in the siding and trim. Quick work although as mentioned, it was sloppy. This company charged me an additional 50% cost added onto the original price quoted. Do NOT use this company as you will end up paying substantially more than originally quoted.

Stellar roofing gave me an estimate to replace my roof and got ***** *** to finance the loan for $ 21,447.00 . After the work was done they sent an employee to my house that wanted 7K more. That amount was not in the estimate or contract. I said that I was not going to pay more than what was on the contract. I pay ***** ***my month payment. Recently someone from Stellar Roofing came to my house demanding $1500.00 more . I refused to pay since those amounts were never on the estimate or in the contract. Worst encounter ever. Being a retired professional engineer, I know my may around contruction. The job was postponed for a month due to 18 inches of snow on the roof, however Stellar deliveried material anyway. The fork truck caused over $4000 worth of damge to the driveway and lawn. Stellar refused to pay for damages. By the way, their 31 crews are all immigrant subcontractors. Only the project manager could speak English.
Stellar over sells and under delivers. They had to come back and fix things and fix damaged property. The process was drawn out as we were often brushed off. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone but the saving grace is that it is a very nice roof. It just should have been done right the first time and we should have been treated as a priority and the crew should be much more respectful. This process had me speaking to a lawyer… not worth it
Had Stellar roofing come give me an estimate. Went well until we would not commit and answer his questions on who else was coming. Then he started to get confrontational and rude to my wife than me. Had to let him know it’s time to leave. I’m 76 and that is the first time I had to do that. Beware, not only appears to be a high pressure operation but their price was 3 to 4 times higher than my other estimates.
The company states in radio ads that it does roof repairs. Called to have repairs on an existing metal roof and was told on the phone that they don't do roof repairs unless this was an installation done by them. This is deceptive advertising. Don't bother calling for roof repairs unless you are replacing an entire roof. Poor business practice.
