Had another excellent experience. This was my third cancer removal and the staff and Dr. D were as friendly and knowledgeable as before. Would highly recommend this office to anyone needing dermatology care.
Everyone was great and treated me with kindness They made me comfortable and answered all my questions
The whole procedure went well. Everyone was very courteous, but professional. There was only one small hiccup after the 2nd excision where my nose bled in the lobby. I was immediately taken back and cleaned and bandaged. Even my shirt was cleaned of the blood. Dr. D'Addario explained everything and definitely put me at ease. Everyone on staff treated us with such care and made the procedure so SO much better! There was little to no pain involved. The anxiety of the experience was totally gone thanks to the doctor and nurses. I can’t imagine it going any better than it did.
Doc and his staff are excellent. I appreciate how they reduce your stress level by explaining every step and do it a friendly personal way.
