I felt very comfortable as soon as I met the staff person at the desk. She explained the forms I needed to fill out and was very kind. I was called back to where my surgery would be and was talked in a way that helped me relax. I even caught myself laughing even though I was nervous. Each step was explained to me and I was asked over and over if I felt any pain. I was very happy with my visit and will recommend this office to my friends. Each step of the way I was confident that I was in good hands.
