What stood out the most was how friendly and professional everyone was. It started with the two ladies who greet you at the receptionist desk. They greet you with a smile and are very friendly. The nurses, anesthesiologist and doctors explained the procedure so that understand, and to help keep claim and relaxed before the procedure. I would highly recommend doctor Stephanie Cauble, her team and the B.R.A.S.S. Surgery Center team.
Great to the point, well Organized practice. Karen, RN was very much on point & offered great focused instructions for intestinal study done this week As an Advance Practice RN, highly recommend.
She and her staff is very patient. She also take her time with her patient.

I arrived right on time for my appointment. There was no line to check in. I had all my paperwork filled out before. I just had a couple of papers to sign. Waited in the waiting room area for about 15 minutes. I was done in 2 1/2 hours. Everything ran very smoothly. Will definitely go back there.

I like Dr. Cauble. Her demeanor is professional and friendly. She was clear in her explanations, and she listened carefully to my questions and ideas. I felt that we were collaborators my health care, which is important to me.

Dr Cauble was patient, calm, knowledgeable when it came time to explain what the procedure would entail and allowed for plenty of time for me to ask questions before the procedure. It was a bummer the procedure started 45 min later than expected but I know doctors are busy. I prefer an excellent doctor with a little wait time or delay over a doctor who doesn’t spend enough time with me or makes me feel rushed and unimportant.
