It was not just one thing, it was everything, every encounter that made the experience great. Mr Collins was always professional, communicated often, always understanding & accommodating to my medical issues that complicate “normal” communication/interactions with the outside world and his ability to handle & juggle everything needed during the pandemic was amazing.
Easily the best refinance experience I've ever had. Steve originally completed the purchase loan for my home, so when rates dropped I knew it was time to give him a call. This all happened in the beginning of the lockdown and we were able to do everything online without any delays. I refer all my family and friends to Steve and I know that he's going to take care of them.

Right from the get go Steve was very cordial, professional, and on point when it came to getting things going all the way to the final signing. With the use of the electronic signature capabilities and the online single area to put documents made the load process that much smoother. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
