Pretty smooth process, better than mortgage company I used last year to purchase condo. Still don’t understand some of the info needed by underwriter, seems pointless to have to provide info that makes no difference in obtaining a loan. Why do you need to have in writing my intentions for my condo? If I say I want to sell it, I still qualify for the loan…if I say I want to keep it I still qualify for the loan…. So what’s the difference? If no answer changes my ability to secure the loan, why do you need it?
