The electronic signature application was easy and efficient until we had to go back as closing and resign everything all over again... Upfront everything felt smooth and stream lined, but the closer we got to closing the more old school and scattered the process became and in the end felt harder than it needed to be requiring multiple submissions of the same data and information we had provided or that you already had access to. Don't get me wrong, we are happy in the end.
