Not only have they fixed a few items that were overlooked in preparing the apartment for us but they have been most helpful in giving us good advice on how to make our stay more pleasant and trouble free. RecommendedBeautiful community and beautiful apartment homes very clean and spacious. Not just a normal bland white wall in the space, they gave it character with the paint throughout the home and top whirlpool appliances throughout...the only thing missing is the Nest thermostat. This community left no stone unturned because I also have a storage closet off my balcony which is hard to find in a new community. The staff was helpful from my first visit through my process to my key delivery...I most definitely recommend Ascent!
