RecommendedI have lived at Ascent for almost a year now. This by far is one of the best places I lived at. Ascent takes great pride in their property and apartments. Apartments are a nice size with energy efficient appliances. Their amenities are great and their Staff and Manager are awesome! I am renewing my lease again- I highly recommend Ascent of Mallard Creek.

RecommendedI have lived at Promenade for almost a year residing in two different buildings: initially a three month lease in building five, then a nine month in building two--closest to the amenities. The apartments are the nicest in Rogers and resemble a palace to the community skyline and to anyone passing on New Hope road! RecommendedWe have really enjoyed living at Ascent at Mallard Creek! We are in a 2 bedroom apartment. From the trendy grey walls, to the recessed ceiling in the living room and ceiling fans in the master bedroom and living room, we have enjoyed the layout of the apartment. Top items on my list were to have granite countertops and a porch; Ascent delivered. The kitchen set up is nice for just cooking dinner or making several batches of Christmas cookies. RecommendedI have lived here almost a year now and from the apartment tour, move in process, to now, I have had an excellent experience living here at Ascent at Mallard Creek. My apartment is beautiful and up to date with amenities from washer and dryer, and concierge trash pick up and most importantly I feel very safe having my son spend time with me here. I would definitely recommend prospective renters to give them a call and move in ASAP.

RecommendedEverything is so beautiful and Lauren was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. The atmosphere and staff would be worth the price. I then toured the 1 bedroom and the 2 bedroom and I fell in loved.
