Good luck coming here. You get about 5 minutes. Then if you need to apply for the carecredit they offer, you have 1 minute to apply with no service. If you tell them you are going to file a complaint or leave a bad review, they will tell you to give them the animals prescriptions back or they will call the cops for theft. I just pray only people with money go here because otherwise, you are out of luck.

In my opinion, Dr.Dirksen is cruel and was gaslighting me repeatedly. I was charged $145 for my 2 dogs, and all I left with was stress from a horrible vet experience. My dogs were stressed too. My poor 3-legged dog Cooper beared the brunt of her treatment. She said she thought he had bone cancer again in one of his 3 remaining legs, and he needed xrays and bloodwork, including a titer for valley fever. She also prescribed a nerve pain aid and a doggy pain reliever. She was going to charge $120 for the 2 medicines. When I ask... read more
