Steuben Centers can improve by hiring more staff and paying them better. I am taking my 101 year old Grandmother out of there because of neglect. For profit health care is a terrible way to try to care for helpless human beings.

Shut down. At minimum replace all administrative and higher level credentialed staff. Profound, inexcusable lack of care.
My uncle's medication has been stolen on multiple occasions by nursing staff. This is unacceptable.

Steuben Center's ad says that it is open 24/7 - it i not! The weekends are a nightmare for residents in the nursing facility. No one answers the phone if you call to get help. Residents sometimes don't get to bed until midnight! This is unacceptable! SC needs to hire enough personnel so that patients can get to bed at a reasonable hour. The weekends are particularly awful because of inadequate staffing.
