Great service very nice people they treated me better than the place I purchased the car from.
Neil was our service advisor. He was outstanding well spoken and helped me understand any issues. He was patient with me as this is my first Volkswagen, and also my first diesel vehicle. He made sure to inform me of all the options, or just a dealer push, or service from the stealership as some put it. When I did have a question he didnt know about, Neil took the time, right then to call the service technician that serviced my 2015 Passat TDI, and talked to him.
