I have refinanced my home previously with Steven. He calls every 6 months. His last check-in call, prompted me to refinance again. He pointed out that homes in my neighborhood had significantly increased in value, and that by refinancing now could result in pulling money out of the house to pay off other debts. The plan made sense to us. The process took more time than in the past, but Steven was always re-assuring. Steven has earned my trust.
