Very good to work with and kept me well informed during the process.
Steve and his partners were very informative and kept me up to speed on everything. The only disappointment was the appraisal came in low. I was told prior to it what it should come back at. It was a refinance and I planned on using the extra cash to pay off debt. It was very disappointing that it came in over $20,000.00 short. All in all though Steve and his team were good to work with.
Outstanding work by Steve and his team. The process was quick and easy. Highly recommend.
