Today I had a water heater installed by Steven's Plumbing and I was very impressed by the promptness in getting my call for service answered and also impressed by Steven as a very knowledgeable and honest gentleman. I also like the fact that this is a locally owned company. I highly recommend Steven's Plumbing Inc.
I contacted Steve's Plumbing after reading the reviews. Coming from New York I was very impressed. I'm from a family of plumbers, and I know how important customer service is. Steve took the time to explain in detail, multiple conversations, what needed to be done in order to connect my gas dryer. In the end, to save me money Steve recommended I return the gas dryer for an electric dryer. Steven just saved us $$$ and weeks worth of renovations!! We were told that our entire house needed to be replumbed and that it would be at least 1 week before the company could start on the job. Steven came promptly after being contacted, immediately started on the repair and actually finished the job in a matter of hours. We have now worked with Steven for over ten years. always when we needed him he responded promptly and was there to help. He knows what he is doing, cares for his customers and is a joy to work with. It is rare in this commercialized world that a technical supplier is helpful, takes your interest at heart and does not attempt to take you for a ride.
I knew my water heater was about to go up and figured a new one would be about $1000. I called Steve in Monday at 3pm, he was at the house in less than an hour. Gave me a quote for considerably less and said he could do it the next day. Steve showed up promptly at 8:30 like he said and did the job in about 2 1/2 hours. Great customer service!
