RecommendedMy school district has 7 Stewart LED signs, which were installed back in 2006. Plus a new one installed in 2017. I have gotten full support. For example, a year after the new LED sign was installed, a 4 inch wide line was on one side of the sign. The line showed the image, but the color was wrong. Stewart Signs sent me a new circuit board and new ribbon cables. It was an easy repair. The sign now is great. RecommendedWe had a connection problem with our sign at church. I had the pleasure of being helped by technician Melissa Jones. After she patiently listened to my attempt to describe the issue, she remotely took over our computer, diagnosed, and corrected the problem within 20 minutes. She actually had said what was probably wrong before she’d even accessed our system. We’ve had issues before, and have always had them revolved. RecommendedMelissa Jones patiently worked with us on multiple occasions until we got the sign up and going. Another thing I’d like to mention is the much improved wait time for a service tech. That has dropped from a 90 minute wait to now around 10 minutes.
