(compared to the other company) We bought and sold this summer and used the other company first and regretted it(Stewart fixed (in ONE hour)what the other company could not...we wished we would have used Stewart title for both transactions. Stewart was FAST, professional, thorough. Ask for Stephanie, thats who we worked with..Her and Heather will get the job done. Seriously...USE Stewart title...Please!

Poor quality, poor Management. Would not recommend
Horrible people, the rudest, most money hungry unprofessional company in Alaska. #goblins
Very money hungry company. Every time we would talk to them, they somehow had a new charge for us. They even tried to slip a $1,000 charge without saying what it was into our closing documents that we disputed. If you can, I would stay far away from this company. Plus, they don't communicate with their assistants who feel like taking matters into their own hands. Glad my house was sold but it took months and months because of Yukon.
