I loved the decor of the new restaurant. Very upscale design inside and outside. We made reservations for 4 and they sat us directly opposite the kitchen which was noisy. Some sound abatement would be helpful. When dining with friends, I prefer a quieter place. I did notice it wasn't as loud in other parts of the restaurant. As requested in the reservation, our party was seated in a more quiet semi-private area which was very pleasant. We were celebrating a birthday, had not been together for a while, and wanted to enjoy each other's conversation. Had we been sitting in the main dining area, conversation would have been a challenge because it was extremely noisy.
love the new space! and as always, best martini (ever)!
I have always loved Stone Creek. The food and service are exceptional. The noise level seems to be higher in the new location and I wish there were booths for two. Sitting next to other people makes for a noisy lunch so I have to say I am not loving the seating design in this location. But having extra parking is great!
