Had reservation, seated promptly. Waiter did a great job; attentive, thorough. I ordered scallops w/risotto, which was excellent. My wife order a steak, medium rare, along with (2) sides: (1) spinach and mushrooms, (2) white cheddar augratin potatoes. The steak was medium well, almost well done; the potatoes were ice cold. Disappointed to say the least; mgr only offered to replace the potato side dish. C'mon Stone Creek, you're better than this.

Gabe Kea was the only thing that made this experience exceptional. The "lobster mac n' cheese" fell flat. A lobster claw tossed on top of may and cheese is not what I would give points for cookery. I would have liked to seen it minced up or some other way of infused into the side dish. The "loaded potato wedges" (a hair away from a misnomer) was 1/3 of a potato with cheese, chives, and sour cream. But seriously? Only three small potato wedges? Sure wish you would bring back your pork tenderloin with the demi-glace on it; it was my favorite. You need to add a little flavor and color to the White Cheddar potatoes. They were good but were missing the above suggestions.

We were first seated close to the server pickup bar, much too noisy and no privacy. I asked to be reseated and we were graciously given another table with very quiet and cozy environment. Our service was excellent.
