They are understaffed. Period. We had a 6:45 pm reservation and were not seated until after 7:00 pm. At 7:26 someone took drink orders which did not appear for another 25-27 minutes. We ordered 2 appetizers as we had kids who were getting restless. The appetizers came out at a normal pace. Main dinner came in about 35 minutes. Ordered a bottle of wine but no glasses came out. The food was great but the restaurant was loud. Good idea would be not to sit a party of two close to really large groups. It was very noisy.
