This is actually for New Years Eve. Outstanding meal, glad to see Shawn back in your good graces, she is a superb server. The Snapper was delight, I believe James did the preparation. Christophe very attentive as always. Sorry you found it necessary to replace the bread, guess you haven’t learned, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Hope you will reconsider your replacement?
