Service excellent. Outstanding value for the quality of food. Appetizers, 2 of 3 entrees, and deserts all very good. I gave the food 4/5 stars only because one of the entrees (scallops and risotto) was mediocre compared with the last time I had it... on this occasion the risotto was dry and the scallops had no flavor on their own (required the accompanying sauce for any flavor). But we would absolutely go again.
The special sounded great so I ordered it. Didn't realize the salmon dish included 4 large scallops (which was a meal in itself) and proved to be more than enough to eat. Found out when the check came the price for the special was $36.95. Servers should be instructed to state the price when describing the evening specials.
Had a wonderful experience at Stone Creek. This was our first time coming here and will definitely be back. Great menu selection. The prices are reasonable for fine dining. I had the filet medallions and shrimp and it was delicious. The steak was cooked to my liking of medium well and it melted in my mouth. Stone Creek has brunch offerings now, but we like to come here for their tasty salads. Each dressing we’ve tried has been delicious and the greens are always fresh and nicely presented. The complimentary warm bread is always a treat! Our server, Christina, went out of her way to make sure our special requests were heeded. Their staff is always very accommodating and make us feel welcome when we come.
