Had a great time, even though the lady at the front asked us to sit down and wait a minute (we were 10 minutes ahead of our 5PM reservation). Twenty minutes later, we were being passed for seating. The lady forgot us! She apologized and we had a great dinner later.
1. Drinks. When serving high quality bourbon, use of one large ice cube would be a nice touch. Not required but classy and traditional. 2. Step up the friendliness of waitstaff. Asked if it was our first time but failed to give a story when we said yes. Overall waitstaff efficient but slightly impersonal but seemed well trained. 3.
