French Onion soup and beet salad were excellent. Service was superb. Half price martinis were great.
Stone Creek was offering a free meal for veterans so I, my daughter & husband (who is the veteran) went for dinner. We have been there many times & they always have good food & this was no exception. Plus the waitress was very nice & even offered more bread for us to take home. Bravo to the Cunningham Group for offering a free meal at their various restaurants for veterans on Veterans Day!
Best meal I have had in over a year. Better than Ruth's Chris - and a lot closer to home for us. We will definitely be back!
Everything was perfect. From greeting at arrival and prompt seating to drinks, appetizer, entree and dessert at the end. The waitress checked in with us just enough. The food was great. It could not have been better. Plus the icing on the cake was the Veterans Day free entree. All four of us veterans appreciated the your thoughtfulness.
1. Drinks. When serving high quality bourbon, use of one large ice cube would be a nice touch. Not required but classy and traditional. 2. Step up the friendliness of waitstaff. Asked if it was our first time but failed to give a story when we said yes. Overall waitstaff efficient but slightly impersonal but seemed well trained. 3. Veteran’s Day
Had a great time, even though the lady at the front asked us to sit down and wait a minute (we were 10 minutes ahead of our 5PM reservation). Twenty minutes later, we were being passed for seating. The lady forgot us! She apologized and we had a great dinner later.
