Inexperienced waitress that seems to be put out too soon. Incorrect drink delivered, incorrectly cooked steak delivered and incorrectly billed drink. Also, asked if a one off change could be made, she checked on it and she said it wasn't a problem. Came back 10 minutes later to say there would be a small up charge which seemed reasonable but when the food came the change wasn't made.
