The food is always delicious. The ambiance is romantic and calming though since it is good for groups, if seated near one, it can be loud. We go every year for Christmas Eve. Everything was great but I was disappointed with our table. I literally reserved my table 6 months out and requested either a booth or table upstairs. Food is excellent.
We were originally asked to sit in the aisle by a service area. When we asked fora different table they acted put out. After dining for 1 1/2 hours we noticed they still hadn’t gotten any one else to sit there. Nice Christmas Eve dining spot. Just a tad slow on beverage refills.
We had a wonderful dinner. My husband’s ribs were charred on the bottom but management quickly solved the issue and brought him new ones. Service was excellent.
Restaurant didn't seem crowded, so a bit surprised that our reserved table for 2 turned out to be in the bar rather than dining room. But food and service were good.
