Overall, we enjoyed the ambiance and service. The server was knowledgeable about the menu and seemed to have personally tried all the foods we inquired about. The dinner started with drinks and bread. The oil was good, but a bit overpowering. A selection of oil would be nicr. Next were salads. Was impressed when the restaurant called me to confirm the reservation and immediately asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. It made me feel special that they cared enough to ask. We also had a hand signed birthday card at our table. It was all very special for my 78 year old mother. Great food, service, comfortable setting, and a special evening for all.
