My partner did the herb crusted sirloin with soup of the day. We split a jumbo shrimp cocktail starter. I got the scallops and goat cheese risotto paired with a sauvignon blanc from New Zealand. Our server, Shelby, checked all the boxes. Everything met our high expectations. Would dine here again w/o hesitation.
I've dined here many times over the past 3-4 years and each time has been outstanding. Whether it is with a larger group of friends, a family occasion, or just the two of us for an anniversary or no special occasion, our expectations have always been exceeded. We've been to Stone Creek several times and are always pleased with meal. On a Sunday evening the restaurat was not full and the overall noise level was good for conversation. Wife and I had Roasted Chicken and it was very good. Would recommend and plan to eat there again.
We always love dining at this Stoney Creek and that's why we chose it for our Friday evening to relax from a stressful week. Unfortunately they asked upstairs or down and since we have never sat up that's what we chose. Please make people aware this is a totally different atmosphere. Noisy, lunch like and they were out of my husbands scotch ! We will be back but a first time customer would not.
The food was well prepared and presented. Appetizer trio of Ahi Tuna, Calamari and Crab Cake was great for our party of 6. The Cobia was excellent - flaky and moist, the Lobster Strudel was filled with pieces of sweet lobster and complimented the Cobia nicely.
Excellent service and food. Maybe a little pricey but its worth the atmosphere and overall service.
